I strive to create and deliver great experiences for everyone I touch. For my stakeholders, I work to create clarity and a sense of accomplishment as we bring their digital ideas to life. For my users, I plan and design digital experiences.

I have end-to-end experience in researching, planning, defining, designing, launching and running a digital platform that serves 4,000 users worldwide. In order to be successful, I had to develop relationships with the business, IT, and vendors.

What I Do

Content Strategy and Operations

I provided front-line service to site owners who had questions about content strategy or who needed assistance managing their site content.

Product Operations Management

Managed and conducted key product design, development and support activities to ensure that RGPedia users and site owners were successful in interacting with the platform.

Training

Developed and delivered content management training to site owners. When I began this task, no support materials were publicly available from the CMS vendor because it was a new product.

Digital

Served as a key member of the Experience Innovation team, a group of UX designers and developers, in the creation, launch and evolution of RGPedia, an enterprise knowledge management platform.

Agile Product Design/Build

Served as a project manager and product operations manager during design, development, launch and operationalization of an enterprise knowledge management platform developed using agile methods. Had responsibility for the team's Jira Kanban board and user defect ticketing systems.
