I interned with RGP in the summer of 2018 as a revenue marketing intern. I learned a lot from my experience and worked on multiple projects. These projects consisted of performing an audit on their website, competitor analysis, market research, and tracked social media and events.

One of my favorite projects was conducting research for their upcoming partnership with Paradigm for Parity. Paradigm for Parity is a company working to promote gender equality in the workplace, so I got to research their other partnerships to see what they do together. I also looked at other company's benefits for women in comparison to RGP's to help them find ways to better their company.

RGP's CEO used my research to help create the announcement of their partnership. It was my favorite project because, as a woman, I got to explore different companies' benefits and it allowed me to think more of what I would want in the company I would ultimately work for.

I am also very humbled that my research helped the CEO because I feel like I helped make a difference for all RGP employees.
