As part of my product operations manager role at RGP, I owned the team's RGPedia Jira board. I worked to create and launch dashboards, Kanban boards, ticketing process flows and customer defect ticket management.
As a result of my work, the team had a smoothly running method to view, track and manage product features and route/escalate defect tickets from users.
I took initiative to implement new ideas as the team matured. As a result, what started as a simple card management system evolved into a sophisticated ticket tracking that provided us with accurate status at a glance.
